MR. CHATURBHUJ RATHI
Founder & Chairman
In 1986, Mr. Chaturbhuj Rathi laid the foundation of the Company after successfully leading Amar Builders as a sole proprietor. Under his visionary leadership, the Company achieved several milestones, expanded its horizons, and undertook larger projects across the country.
Today, he continues to guide the Company with dedication and foresight. He plays an active role in shaping strategy, pursuing new opportunities, and driving sustainable growth. Beyond his contributions to Amar Infrastructure Ltd., Mr. Rathi is a respected figure in the political and social spheres of Central India.
MR. MAHENDRA RATHI
Director
Mr. Mahendra Rathi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Ravi Shankar University, Raipur, and has served as a Director of the Company since its incorporation. He has contributed to the successful execution of numerous road projects for Amar Infrastructure Ltd. and has been a driving force behind the Company’s diversification into new sectors.
He oversees strategic planning, government liaison, sales, marketing, business development, and overall management, ensuring the Company’s sustained growth and long-term success.
MR. NARENDRA RATHI
Whole-Time Director
Mr. Narendra Rathi leads the execution of projects, managing every stage from design to completion. His dedication and expertise in project monitoring, controls, and execution have enabled the Company to consistently deliver projects with precision and quality, setting high standards in the construction industry.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree AMICE (I) in Civil Engineering from The Institution of Civil Engineers (India), Ludhiana, Punjab, and brings over 27 years of experience in the construction sector. He continues to strengthen the Company’s operational excellence and its capability to deliver projects of any scale.
MR. SURENDRA RATHI
Director (Finance)
Mr. Surendra Rathi has been serving as the Director (Finance) of the Company since 1995. He is responsible for business strategy, financial planning, administration, banking management, process streamlining, and investor relations. His financial acumen and leadership have been instrumental in securing and successfully implementing Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects across India.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Ravi Shankar University, Raipur. Today, he continues to guide the Company’s financial strategy, ensuring sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.
