Mr. CHATURBHUJ RATHI
Chairman
In 1986, Mr. Chaturbhuj Rathi laid the foundation of the Company. Prior to the formation of the Company, earlier he was sole proprietor of Amar Builders. Under his leadership, Company has achieved various milestones with focus on continuous innovation and relentless pursuit of growth and excellence, the company has set its sight on becoming the largest road-focused EPC player in the state and started pursuing bigger projects across the country. Apart from his contributions to Amar Infrasturcture Ltd, he has sizeable stature in the political and social alleys of central India.
Mr. MAHENDRA RATHI
Managing Director
Mr. Mahendra Rathi holds a Bachelor’s degree of Law from Ravi Shankar University, Raipur and has been the Director of the Company since incorporation. He has been involved in the successful completion of various Road Projects of Amar Infrastuture Ltd. He is instrumental in various diversifications and looks after planning, liaison with the government, sales, marketing, business development, and management functions.
Mr. NARENDRA RATHI
Whole-time Director
Mr. Narendra Rathi heads the execution of projects from their design stage to final commencement. His dedication and passion towards infrastructure saw him rise through the ranks, along with helping the company scale new heights. His capability of project monitoring and controls with remarkable execution has set new benchmarks in the construction industry. He holds Bachelor’s degree AMICE(I) in Civil Engineering from The Institution of Civil Engineers (India), Ludhiana (Punjab) and has over 27 years of experience in the field of construction.
Mr. SURENDRA RATHI
Director (Finance)
Mr. Surendra Rathi is the Director (Finance) of the Company. He joined the Company in 1995 and is responsible for business strategy, financial planning, administration and banking management, business process streamlining, and investor management. He holds Bachelors degree of Commerce from Ravi Shankar University, Raipur. His strategic decisions and leadership skills coupled with his sound financial and business sense has helped him in securing and successfully implementing Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects across India.
